LJP State president of Meghalaya sought intervention of CM

Shillong, 14th November: The State president of Lok Janshakti Party (LJP), Meghalaya, Jamil Ahmed has sought the intervention of Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad K Sangma.

The main motto of the intervention is to give equal rights to the students

The intervention was related to the problem that around 144 Class XI students are not getting admission in Jaintia hills. The state President wants to give equal rights to all the students of the state.

Jamil Ahmed kept his opinion in front of the government

Jamil Ahmed said, “My humble request to the Chief Minister is to kindly look into the matter very sympathetically as the issue concerns the future of 144 young citizens of the State.”

Former Chief Justice P N Bhagwati also supported the intervention

Former Chief Justice of India, P N Bhagwati said, “The child is a soul with a being, a nature and capacities of its own, who must be helped to find them, to grow into their maturity, into a fullness of physical and vital energy and the utmost breadth, depth and height of its emotional, intellectual and spiritual being; otherwise there cannot be a healthy growth of the nation.”
