Guwahati, 4th July: The Garo national council staged a rally at Santipur in Chaygaon constituency showing their protests against the mysterious deaths of Samuel Sangma and his sister Rosy Sangma.
Kamrup President threatened Central Government
GNC Kamrup President Anindra Marak threatened the central government by saying that if proper investigation is not done, the intensification of the protest will increase accordingly. Member of Parliament, Agatha Sangma, has written to Union Home Minister Amit Shah for a proper investigation into the mysterious death of Samuel Sangma who belongs to Dimapur, Nagaland.
Rosy Sangma died in Delhi hospital
Samuel Sangma was attending to his sister in a hospital of Delhi where his sister succumbed to her brief illness. After the death of his sister Samuel made a protest against the medical department of the hospital and filed the case.
The Central Government has assured to look into the matter
The central government has assured to investigate and express the truth in front of the public. The investigation is still going on to get the accused.
