Assam Rifles Arrested Two Factions Of NSCN Cadres In Nagaland.

 

Assam Rifles personnel posted in Nagaland have arrested two factions of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland (NSCN) cadre in the state within two days.  In a joint operation conducted by Assam Rifles with Nagaland Police, an active cadre of NSCN (Nikki Sumi Group) was apprehended.

Giving information about the seizure, the Assam Rifles in a tweet said that the operation was carried out jointly with the Nagaland Police. The operation was carried out in the general area of ​​the Burma camp in Dimapur.

 

 

NSCN cadre was involved in the hijacking of a truck :

According to the Assam Rifles, the NSCN (Nikki Sumi Group) cadre was involved in the hijacking of a truck. The joint team of Assam Rifles and Nagaland Police was able to rescue the truck driver successfully. The kidnapped truck driver was rescued from the general area of ​​Khehokhu village in Dimapur, Nagaland.

10 boxes of brown sugar recovered by the investigation team :

Soldiers of Assam Rifles apprehended an NSCN (KN) cadre and recovered 10 boxes of brown sugar from their possession. It is estimated that the market price of the recovered consignment of brown sugar will be Rs 35,000.
