An NGO in Assam distributed study materials and drawing books

Guwahati, 9th August: An NGO of Assam distributed both study materials and drawing books among the children in Demow. It is reported that the NGO has also helped the people in various ways in the pandemic situation of covid-19. An awareness programme for the covid-19 situation has also been held by the organisation.

The program was held in the presence of several dignitaries

The Headmaster of Pragatihil Primary School, Surendra Nath Mohan presided over the meeting. The members of Pathikit started this programme in Dadhara Pragatihil Primary School on Sunday the presence of the dignitaries, teachers and the students

The book published by the NGO has also been distributed among the students

Pathikit, an NGO distributes drawing materials and Hand Book among Students. Pathikit also distributed another book: ‘Responsibilities of the Guardians’ among the students. The book is published by the NGO so that the parents can know how to perform their responsibilities in a better way. The covid-19 guidelines were also followed by the organisation while distributed the handbooks.

The Assam government has praised the work of the NGO

Social worker Puna Changmai, teacher Binanda Gogoi, local media person of Demow Jadumoni Borah, Niyor Gogoi and Deepjyoti Gogoi of Pathikit were also present in this program. The Assam government has also appreciated the work of this NGO.
